Role: Content Strategist
Objective: Create a framework and content for Instagram, email, and blog posts for Harvest Table's audience in
higher education.
Think back to your college dining experience. It probably involved reheated frozen foods that were overcooked, disappointing, and bland. Maybe some mystery meat tacos, soggy french fries, and limited repetitive food options lacking nutrition to boot. Harvest Table provides food for colleges, but it's not your typical college food. Instead, their menu is fresh and vibrant— think chef-created, get-your-mouth-watering options like rosemary focaccia, lemongrass chicken congee, and rainbow spring rolls. It's food that makes students excited to gather together at a table. And it's food that strengthens communities thanks to partnerships with local farms and businesses.
I partnered with our creative director and graphic designer in taking Harvest Table's Instagram and email strategy to the next level by developing a playful and approachable tone of voice as well as a detailed content framework. I identified opportunities for content to assure universities of Harvest Table's ability to provide unique and personalized dining experiences that attract students.
